Today’s guest on the podcast is Shelly Johnson. Shelly is a great example of being strong in the fundamentals of real estate and believing in yourself. In 2004, she started in real estate, and in 2008, she moved from Charleston, SC, to Charlotte, NC, with her husband. She saw the opportunities in being near a large international airport, and her husband agreed it was good for his business as well. She came to a new city during a historic recession, and dominated the market. She did it by understanding the basics of real estate, having the willingness to serve others’ needs, and having a lot of grit. The results? She made a big impact.
